strategic planning for housing of students, demographic studies, site
acquisitions and mandated requirements.
Construction
Management
Provides construction management for all COE capital projects, testing
and inspection.
Maintenance
and Operations
Provides maintenance, repair and operational management of all COE facilities,
integrated pest management and asbestos abatement.
Purchasing
Provides management of all COE asset and supply purchases; construction
bid processes; leadership for the countywide standard school supply purchasing
program and warehouse operations.
Transportation services fills transportation needs for COE and SELPA special education programs and maintains the agency vehicle pool.
