Williams Settlement

Williams Settlement Visitations
As a result of the legislation stemming from the Williams Settlement, the Contra Costa County Office of Education is responsible for conducting visitations to schools that had an API in the 1st - 3rd deciles in 2003. Visitations for 2005-2007
The Contra Costa County Office of Education is required to conduct visitations within the first four weeks of the academic year.

Annual Reports for Fall 2007 Visitations (December, 2007)
Annual Reports for Fall 2006 Visitations (December, 2006)
Annual Reports for Fall 2005 Visitations (December, 2005)
Annual Reports for Spring 2005 Visitations (September, 2005)

Documentation
Williams schools are required to submit documentation to the Contra Costa County Office of Education prior to when the site visitations take place.
