The Mock Trial Program is sponsored by the Constitutional Rights Foundation (CRF). Each year CRF creates a mock trial that addresses serious matters facing young people today. The 2009 Mock Trial will be held in Martinez courtrooms on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in February 2009. 2008 Results...

Moot Court project has been developed by veteran teachers and Mock Trial coaches, Ron Leone and Carla Garrett, with the assistance of the Constitutional Rights Foundation (CRF). A U.S. or California Supreme Court case is adapted each year for this program. Students write briefs and argue them in an appellate court style.
